20/20 SeedSense Support Packages

To continually provide our customers with the best service possible, we are implementing steps to improve our support. As the number of systems we support, and their complexity, have increased so has the time requirements of internal training and phone support. For these reasons we would like to encourage all of our 20/20 SeedSense customers to attend the pre-season training sessions. Attendance at these events significantly reduces the call volume we receive for support in-season. Growers who invest the time to addend training will continue to receive in-season phone support, free of charge. Calls from operations that did not attend training will be subject to a service fee.
